Fertility Reflexology

Fertility Reflexology

At Avana we offer fertility reflexology to help prepare your body for getting pregnant.  During your Fertility Reflexology treatment, we massage specific areas of your feet using different therapeutic techniques.  This helps stimulate balance and healing in regards to your hormones and reproductive organs.

Your fertility reflexology will focus on those areas that will help support your fertility; the knock-on effect may improve your ability to fall pregnant and stay pregnant.  You’ll also feel your stress levels ease. We focus on your ovaries, uterus, fallopian tubes.  We also massage your glands that produce  oestrogen and other hormones.  In your partner, we focus on his reflex points that correlate to his equipment.  Massaging his gland reflexes stimulates his testosterone and other hormones.  You’ll feel like you’re getting a full-body massage through your feet as we massage all of your other reflex points too.

This is a massage therapy that has been around for thousands of years.  Regular reflexology treatments were an important part of my own fertility journey. Coupled with cleaning up my diet and therapeutic nutrients, I had a healthy pregnancy.  No morning sickness at all.

What does it involve?

You simply relax fully-clothed on a massage table with only your feet and lower calves on show.  If you suffer from back issues, the massage table can be placed in a reclining position.

A gentle, natural cream infused with a Flower Essence to suit your personal needs and Essential Oils is massaged into your feet.

How long does it take?

Optimising your fertility prior to conceiving is our priority because we want you to be as healthy as possible. A 12-week treatment programme is recommended. However, you may prefer to start off with a 6-week fertility reflexology course initially.
