Spicy Bbq Sweet Potato and Chickpea Salad

I love my cooked veggies to have a bit of a twist and this spicy bbq sweet potato and chickpea salad is great on its own or as a side to bbq chicken.  The great thing about it is that you can cook the veggies at the same time as some chicken thighs.  The spinach will give you some folate whilst the sweet potato is great for increasing your antioxidants.  And the sweet potato and chickpea will provide good levels of protein too. Ingredients: serves 4/5 as a side-salad 1 medium sweet potato, cut into 1cm cubes 2 medium carrots, cut into 1cm cubes 1 tsp of ground cumin 3 tbsp of refined coconut...

And on top of that it is so easy to make and to use leftovers to make a great base for a meal the next day.  Add some grilled chicken and a side salad and you’ve got yourself a tasty meal. Ingredients 1/2 medium cauliflower...

Antioxidants may help boost your chances of getting pregnant by enhancing the quality of your eggs and promoting ovulation and improving the maturation and motility of sperm. So here’s a list of foods high...
